Job Title: Customer Service/Sales Representative
Location: Lawn Doctor of Antioch (Antioch, IL) – full‑time, year‑round. Availability Monday–Friday, 5 or 8‑hour shifts with flexible start times, with some Saturdays during peak season.

Schedule
Monday–Friday
5 or 8‑hour shifts, start time flexible, must be available until 5 PM
Some Saturdays during the busy season (9 AM–1 PM)
Compensation
$18.00–$20.00 per hour, based on experience
Commission opportunities (based on sales achieved)
Performance‑based bonus structure
Daily Responsibilities
Answer inbound calls from customers and prospects
Make outbound follow‑up calls on estimates and customer satisfaction
Follow up on canceled customers for customer satisfaction
Sell services over the phone and meet sales goals
Respond to all customer emails
Offer additional or seasonal services
Maintain accurate customer data and account records
Process paperwork from the sales and service team
Qualifications
Strong work ethic and ability to excel in a fast‑paced environment
Positive attitude with excellent communication skills
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word & Excel
Ability to learn new software systems (training provided)
Experience in the lawn care industry is a plus but not required
