Position Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Regional Automotive Account Manager to lead and grow automotive staffing accounts across a designated state or region. In this role, you’ll serve as the primary liaison between our clients and staffing branches, ensuring exceptional service delivery, strong client relationships, and continued business growth. The ideal candidate brings experience in the automotive industry, excels in client-facing roles, and is confident managing multiple priorities across multiple locations. Key Responsibilities Client Relationship Management
Serve as the main point of contact for all automotive clients in your region
Conduct regular on-site client visits to ensure satisfaction and proactive issue resolution
Build long-term relationships through trust, responsiveness, and excellent service
Regional Ownership & Reporting
Own the performance and health of all automotive accounts in the region
Track and analyze account trends, staffing metrics, and client feedback
Provide regular updates, reports, and strategic recommendations to the Vice President
Branch Collaboration
Partner with local staffing branches to ensure seamless client service and workforce delivery
Support workforce planning, onboarding, and expansion efforts with each branch team
Align on service expectations and hold teams accountable for fulfillment standards
Business Development
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the automotive sector
Conduct client presentations and site visits to introduce staffing solutions
Collaborate with internal sales teams to expand the automotive client portfolio
Performance Management
Monitor client satisfaction, fill rates, and service quality across accounts
Recommend and implement process improvements based on performance data
Ensure each account meets or exceeds performance and service level expectations
Travel
Travel frequently within your region to support existing accounts and develop new business
Conduct client site visits, attend branch meetings, and represent the company in the field
Qualifications & Skills
High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
2 years of experience in account management, staffing, or sales roles
Automotive industry experience strongly preferred
Proven ability to build strong client relationships and drive account growth
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic CRM platforms
Comfortable with frequent travel and independent work
