Role Overview
Hermès Atlanta Boutique, established in 1998, is dedicated to extraordinary client service in a fast‑paced luxury environment. The Sales Specialist reports to the Managing Director and works closely with the sales and support teams to enhance the client experience.

Compensation Hourly rate:
$23.72 – $26.22
per hour, depending on experience and job level.
Responsibilities
Sales Objectives
Meet monthly and annual individual sales goals and contribute to the boutique’s collective targets.
Organize and prioritize the selling floor to support client experience, ensuring all items (bags, boxes, ribbons, stationery, etc.) are consistently stocked.
Maintain the floor to visual merchandising standards, including straightening, replenishment, and proper tagging.
Assist with inventory preparation as needed.
Point of Sale (POS)
Process and verify all transactions, accurately recording receipts and CRM details.
Collaborate with management on POS decisions and report any discrepancies during opening, closing, and daily variance reviews.
Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
Asset Protection
Adhere to all asset protection procedures, including sign‑in sheets, bag checks, key control, and merchandise security.
Ensure proper ticketing of all products (floor, back‑of‑house, and returns) in line with EAS tagging guidelines.
Prepare for physical inventory and participate in monthly cycle counts.
Customer Service
Provide prompt, friendly greeting and assistance, offering wrap‑up and packaging services at POS in line with Hermès standards.
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of sales experience; luxury environment preferred.
Strong relationship‑building and communication skills.
Even‑tempered, multitasking, and self‑starter with team collaboration.
Excellent organizational skills.
Open availability to accommodate business needs.
Physical capability to lift 0–25 lbs. without assistance.
