Responsibilities

Manage the sales cycle for assigned customers, from lead qualification to deal closure

Maintain consistent phone and email contact with customers to drive engagement and satisfaction

Identify and pursue opportunities for cross‑selling to enhance revenue

Analyze customer potential and identify growth opportunities based on market trends

Collaborate with trade and cross‑functional teams to address customer challenges and opportunities

Qualifications

Academic education: College degree in Business Management, Marketing, or Logistics

Experience in sales or marketing, preferably within the shipping/logistics industry

Experience using CRM platforms

Proficient in MS Office

Excellent command of English (speaking, reading, and writing)

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience in shipping or logistics sales

Familiarity with sales best practices and tools

Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and competitor offerings

Ability to develop strategic and tactical sales plans

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
