Responsibilities

Develop and manage new sales opportunities through lead follow-up, outbound calls, and emails

Analyze customer needs to identify potential opportunities for the employer's products and services

Route qualified leads to the appropriate team member for further development and closure

Drive sales closure and manage the sales pipeline to achieve quarterly sales objectives

Conduct research on target accounts and maintain an accurate database of prospects

Qualifications

2-4 years of related customer service and sales experience

Proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Word/Excel, PowerPoint, and Customer Relations Management software

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities

Excellent organizational and communication skills, both verbal and written

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced sales environment

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in the manufacturing or construction industry

Familiarity with business mathematics and data analysis techniques

Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
