What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Process all customer warranty claims and provide daily performance reports

Make decisions on approving and denying warranty claims that do not meet company guidelines

Respond to inquiries from dealers, distributors, and retailers regarding warranty applications

Document all dealer communications in the employer's CRM software

Assist with warranty administration training and develop or revise written work instructions for warranty systems

What is Required (Qualifications)

High School diploma or equivalency

Minimum of 3 years of education and warranty experience

At least 1 year of call center experience

Strong mechanical troubleshooting abilities in engines, cutting systems, and power transmission systems

Proficient in Level II or Level III Microsoft Excel and Word programs

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience interpreting technical manuals and illustrated parts lists

Strong problem-solving skills with 2 Stroke and 4 Stroke engines

Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals

Proficient in AS400 functions and internal computer programs, including "Data Warehouse"
