Responsibilities
Proactively maintain and retain relationships with existing customers through daily outreach
Develop and maintain knowledge of the company's services and pricing structures
Perform contractual re-signs to extend customer relationships and increase profitability
Utilize Salesforce to schedule and document all customer interactions
Increase customer penetration by selling the full suite of company products
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or G.E.D. (Required)
0-2 years of customer service experience (Required)
Availability to work a 40-hour week starting at 8 AM EST, Monday through Friday
Local candidates preferred for the Lexington, KY territory
Experience with account management and sales is a plus
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in the waste or transportation industry
Knowledge and use of CRM tools
