What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Deliver exceptional customer service to clients in a virtual call center environment

Quote and book accurate domestic and international air, car, and hotel reservations

Maintain productivity and quality metrics, including transactions per day and minimal customer service issues

Secure the lowest available rates while adhering to Federal and State travel requirements

Provide consultative service and guidance throughout the travel booking process

What is Required (Qualifications):

Minimum of 5 years’ travel selling experience

At least 5 years’ customer service experience, preferably in the travel industry

Proficiency in Sabre GDS and strong travel industry knowledge

Typing speed of at least 45 WPM

Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Experience in international travel bookings and processes

Proven ability to handle multiple accounts effectively

Ability to embrace change and adapt to new situations

Demonstrated leadership abilities among peers

Strong understanding of key corporate travel initiatives and change management skills
