Resolve complex consumer issues and provide guidance to first-level representatives Assist policyholders with billing inquiries and concerns Support policyholders with requested policy changes and adjustments Utilize decision-making skills to address consumer concerns in a fast-paced environment Collaborate with team members to achieve performance goals and enhance customer satisfaction Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience Must be 18 years of age or older Ability to type at least 25 words per minute Comfortable with desktop computer systems and general knowledge of Windows-based systems Preferred Qualifications
