Qualifications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare or technology-related field
Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
Dedication to delivering best-in-class customer service
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in a healthcare or technology-related customer service role
Familiarity with digital health platforms and their functionalities
Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on empathy and collaboration
