Sell Genius® and other employer solutions to small and mid-sized businesses in various industries Develop and manage a consistent sales pipeline through prospecting and networking Deliver value-based presentations to demonstrate how employer products streamline operations Collaborate with District Manager to identify opportunities and close sales efficiently Maintain accurate tracking of sales activities and client communications in CRM systems Qualifications
Must be 18 years or older High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred Minimum of two years of relevant B2B sales experience Proven success in sales, preferably in SaaS, fintech, or merchant services Valid driver's license and ability to spend at least 75% of time in the field Preferred Qualifications
