What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Sell Genius® and other payment solutions to small and mid‑sized businesses in various industries

Develop and manage a consistent sales pipeline through prospecting and networking

Deliver value‑based presentations to demonstrate the benefits of payment solutions

Collaborate with District Manager to identify opportunities and close sales

Maintain accurate tracking of sales activities and client communications

What is Required (Qualifications):

Minimum of two years of relevant B2B sales experience

High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred

Must be 18 years or older

Valid driver’s license with the ability to spend at least 75% of time in the field

Background check and drug screening required per company policy

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Proven success in B2B sales, especially in SaaS, fintech, or merchant services

Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

Familiarity with the restaurant or retail industries

High energy and self‑motivated with a competitive spirit

Professional presence and genuine ability to connect with business owners
