Location:

Hybrid and flexible.

For those local to Plymouth, MI, the position has hybrid opportunities. For those outside of MI, the position will be remote outside of compensated travel when in-person client meetings are necessary.

Salary:

$60,000 - $95,000 + commission + bonuses (salary based on experience)

Responsibilities

Conduct outreach to potential clients through various channels, including cold calling and utilizing sales platforms.

Get creative to develop innovative strategies to attract and bring in new clients.

Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement new materials for sales outreach.

Build and nurture strong relationships with companies to identify staffing needs.

Make introductions, present our services, and tailor solutions to meet clients' requirements.

Occasionally attend in-person meetings with clients when necessary.

Collaborate with the team to develop effective sales strategies and achieve revenue targets.

Utilize our systems and tools to streamline the sales process and track progress.

Be open to occasional travel, which will be compensated.

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of B2B sales experience.

Sales experience in the staffing industry highly preferred.

Familiarity with sales platforms and a quick learner of new systems.

Professional demeanor with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.

Positive attitude, driven, and motivated to succeed.

Proven track record of achieving sales success.
