As the OrthoView Sales Manager, you will contribute to the advancement of healthcare by enabling orthopaedic surgeons to access one of the most compelling orthopaedic templating solutions on the market. This position offers flexibility, with up to 60% remote work. Manage and continue to develop our PACS partners' relationships and distributed sales Manage our partnerprogram,whichincludesidentifyingnew business opportunities, recruiting channel partners, negotiating partner agreements, and supporting partner sales Create andfacilitatesales training for all stages of partner management Track and report sales metrics, forecast monthly sales, and managethe pipeline Provide overall relationship management and act as thecentral pointof contact for PACS partners,establishingproductive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned partner accounts Proactively coordinate with partners to develop and execute business plans with mutual performanceobjectives, financial targets, and critical milestones associated with a productive partner relationship Coordinate the involvement of company resources, including support, service, and management, tomeet partner performance objectives and partners’ expectations Manage potential channel conflicts with other company sales channels by fostering excellent communication internally and externally, and through strict adherence to channel rules of engagement Manage direct sales of the OrthoView software to orthopaedic departments Your profile

Experience working with channel partners, especially PACS Business-to-business sales experiencerequired Proventrack recordof sales success OrthoViewexperienceis a plus Ability to travel up to 40% with some international travelrequired Effective problem-solver with the ability toeliminateobstacles through creative and adaptive approaches Self-motivated and comfortable in the dynamic atmosphere of a technical organization with arapidly expandingcustomer base Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to speak comfortably in front of large audiences and converse with high-profile clients Ability to report andoperatein a matrix organization Knowledge of additive manufacturing/3D printing preferred What we offer
