Responsibilities Master our sales process within six months and exceed the standard learning curve. Lead and mentor new team members as we expand our market presence in the supplemental insurance industry. Deliver results, innovate strategies, and maintain the highest performance standards.

Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in your resident state (or willingness to obtain – study course provided and state licensing fees reimbursed).
Bachelor’s degree or minimum four years post‑high school work experience. Candidates within six months of degree completion or with less than four years of relevant sales or athletic background will be considered.
