In this role, you’ll manage a portfolio of factoring and asset-based finance clients, working closely with small and medium-sized business owners to support their cash flow and growth. You’ll build trusted relationships, provide clear, accurate information about funding and account activity, and proactively manage risk - helping clients focus on what they do best while Jobe handles the rest.

What You’ll Do
Build and nurture long-term client relationships, delivering personalized service that supports portfolio growth Review invoice documentation, perform verifications and audits, and ensure compliance with approval terms Respond promptly and clearly to client inquiries about invoices, advances, payments, collections, and account status Process funding requests, post payments, and ensure timely advances based on factored invoices or borrowing bases Clearly explain pricing, fee structures, and funding calculations - no surprises, no confusion Monitor and elevate potential risks such as disputes, concentration issues, dilution, or slow-paying debtors Support business development efforts through new client onboarding and smooth transitions Ensure compliance with applicable state and federal regulations Pitch in on additional projects and responsibilities as needed - we’re a team that shows up for each other What You Bring
Experience & Education
1 - 3 years of experience in factoring, asset-based lending, financial services, investor relations, or client service Bachelor’s degree or college diploma preferred (finance, business, or marketing a plus) Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered Skills & Strengths
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Excellent organization and time management with the ability to juggle multiple priorities Clear, confident written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel Experience with factoring/ABL platforms and CRMs such as FactorCloud, FactorGenie, HubSpot, or similar systems Spanish fluency is a plus
