The Lead Superintendent for Multifamily Projects will oversee the successful execution of multifamily construction projects valued at $100M or more. This role requires a proven ability to manage all phases of construction, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
Oversee the daily operations of multifamily construction projects valued at $100M+.
Ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site teams.
Monitor project progress and enforce safety and quality standards.
Review project plans, specifications, and schedules for accuracy and feasibility.
Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve any on-site issues effectively.
Ensure compliance with all local codes, regulations, and building standards.
Provide regular updates and reports to project managers and senior leadership.
