As a

Tax Manager

in our

Dealership Tax Services

group, you will play a key leadership role in providing comprehensive tax consulting and compliance services to clients in the retail automotive industry. Key Responsibilities

Conduct and oversee tax research to support client positions and identify planning opportunities Collaborate directly with clients and internal engagement teams to address a broad range of tax matters Manage and review tax compliance and planning processes, ensuring accurate tax calculations, effective implementation of tax strategies, and strong client relationships Lead, train, and mentor interns and staff, fostering professional growth within a collaborative and high‑performing team environment Coordinate multiple engagements simultaneously, maintaining high‑quality standards and meeting critical deadlines Support firm initiatives by contributing to client development, process improvements, and the delivery of an exceptional client experience Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required; Master’s in Taxation preferred Minimum of 5 years of experience in public accounting and/or a corporate/public mix Big Four or large regional CPA firm experience strongly preferred Active CPA license required Experience serving automotive dealerships or clients in the dealership industry preferred Strong technical, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex tax concepts clearly Proven leadership and project management experience, including overseeing client service teams and managing multiple engagements in a fast‑paced Demonstrated commitment to exceptional client service and long‑term relationship building C​row​e​ LLP provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, genetics, national origin, disability or protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.
