Summary: Under the direction of the Customer Service Manager, the Customer Service Representative will respond to customer inquiries regarding company products and services, process customer phone orders, check availability of stock and shipping dates, quote prices, fill orders to customer specifications, process sales data via computer, and assist the outside sales team by preparing price quotes and sourcing products. Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative include, but are not limited to: Responding to customer inquiries regarding company products and services Processing customer phone orders Checking availability of stock and shipping dates Quoting prices, filling orders to customer specifications and processing sales data via computer Assisting the outside sales team by preparing price quotes and sourcing products Qualifications of the Customer Service Representative include, but are not limited to: Prior inside sales/customer service experience The ideal candidate would have preferably/but not required 2-3 years of some combination of the following knowledge: pump/motor /rotating equipment/industrial products sales Efficient in Windows based programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.). Experience with SalesForce, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, SAP Ariba, and Citrix P21 would be a plus. Excellent communication skills Should be enthusiastic and able to work independently Must have experience performing a majority of the functions Willingness to learn and take directions when needed Data entry skills, organization, multi-tasking and customer focus is required Additional Information: Pay Range: $50,000-$60,000/year DOE Physical Demand: N/A Working Conditions: Office environment Training/Certifications: NA Shift Time/Overtime: Normal in-person business hours Monday-Friday, 7am - 4pm Travel: NA Education: Bachelors degree preferred but not required.
