Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries regarding company products and services Process customer phone orders Check availability of stock and shipping dates Quote prices, fill orders to customer specifications, and process sales data via computer Assist the outside sales team by preparing price quotes and sourcing products Qualifications
Prior inside sales/customer service experience Bilingual in both Spanish and English preferred Preferred 2‑3 years of experience or knowledge in bearings and power transmission (not required) Proficiency in Windows programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.); experience with SalesForce, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, SAP Ariba, and Citrix P21 is a plus Excellent communication skills Enthusiastic and able to work independently Experience performing a majority of the functions listed above Willingness to learn and take directions when needed Data entry skills, organization, multi‑tasking and customer focus required Regular in‑person attendance required Additional Information
Working Conditions: Office environment Training/Certifications: N/A Shift Time/Overtime: 8 a.m. – 5 p.m., Monday – Friday Travel: N/A Benefits
