Pay Range Base pay range: $88,000.00 – $108,000.00 per year.
Job Overview We’re looking for a standout performer who can lead by example. This role involves leading direct sales efforts in your designated territory, engaging with small and medium-sized businesses, and promoting top-notch supplemental insurance products and services to business owners and employees.
Responsibilities
Actively participate in sales activities while balancing sales goals with providing training and mentorship to new team members.
Drive successful outreach and make a difference through personalized interactions and occasional product presentations to large groups.
Qualifications
Strong communication skills for interacting with customers and sales staff.
Leadership skills.
Strategic planning.
Familiarity with effective sales strategies.
Inspirational attitude and ability to create a motivating environment.
Ability to train others effectively.
Product knowledge.
Customer service skills.
Additional Qualifications
Pass a high-level pre-employment background check.
Active driver's license and reliable transportation.
Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in your resident state (or willing to obtain – study course provided and state licensing fees reimbursed).
Bachelor’s degree or minimum of 4 years post‑high school work experience (candidates within 6 months of degree completion or less than 4 years of relevant sales or athletic background will be considered).
Compensation & Benefits
