Job Title: Sales & Commercial Support – Sharda USA

Location: United States (Northeast, Midwest, South, and West)

Contract Type: Full-time

We are seeking a driven and commercially‑minded individual to join our Sales & Commercial Support Team in the United States. This is a dynamic role, ideal for professionals passionate about market development and customer relationship management.

You will play a key role in driving sales growth, managing key accounts, and supporting business development initiatives across the US market.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and channel partners

Drive sales of agrochemical products in line with company targets

Support sales and distribution efforts across assigned regions

Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new opportunities

Coordinate pricing strategies, promotional plans, and supply chain alignment

Collaborate closely with regulatory, logistics, and product teams globally

Prepare and present commercial reports, forecasts, and performance analyses

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from an accredited institution

Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, commercial operations, or distributor/agent management in the US market

Proficiency in English and Hindi (spoken)

Must have valid work authorization in the United States

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment

Familiarity with crop protection products or the US agricultural market is a plus

Self‑starter with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Willingness to travel within the region as required
