We are looking for a driven, commercially‑minded professional to join our client’s
Sales & Commercial Team
in the United States. This role is ideal for someone passionate about market development and customer relationship management within the agrochemical industry. You will play a key role in driving sales growth, managing key accounts, and supporting business development initiatives across the US market.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and channel partners.
Drive sales of crop protection products, herbicides, and cultivation chemicals in line with company targets.
Manage and grow existing business while identifying new opportunities in assigned regions.
Analyze market trends and customer needs to develop strategic sales plans.
Coordinate pricing strategies, promotional activities, and supply chain alignment.
Collaborate with global teams in regulatory, logistics, and product development.
Prepare and present commercial reports, forecasts, and performance analyses.
Requirements
Proven experience in
crop protection sales
(herbicides, agrochemicals).
Strong knowledge of the agricultural market in
North Dakota, South Dakota, and Minnesota .
Existing business relationships in the region preferred.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to travel as needed.
Stable, long‑term 1099 contract.
Yearly bonus in line with targets, and good base salary.
