Principal Duties & Responsibilities
Train and mentor the Sales Team
Maintain sales performance and finalize sales
Create excitement with the Sales Team and clients
Ensure Sales Representatives deliver presentations to guests according to company policy and procedures
Ensure each guest receives outstanding service from the assigned Sales Representative, fostering a guest‑friendly environment, greeting and acknowledging guests, keeping standards exceptional and showcasing dependable product knowledge
Maintain up‑to‑date awareness of company activities, industry trends, and government regulations while protecting the company
All other duties as assigned
Education, Training & Experience
High School Diploma/GED
Vacation Ownership Sales industry experience
Two (2) years of experience as a Front‑Line Sales Associate preferred
Maintain minimum VPG and number of sales closed as measured by weekly sales reports
Willing to obtain or already possess an FL Real Estate license
Skills, Knowledge & Abilities
Presentation skills
Customer/Client focus
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
High morals and integrity
Flexible schedule, ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays
Shift & Hours
Regular hours, on‑call, and weekends; additional hours may be necessary to meet business needs
