Key Responsibilities

Perform all aspects of leasing, administration, and marketing.

Show, lease, and move in prospective residents; qualify, tour, sign leases, and close sales.

Maintain accurate prospect traffic and leasing data; respond to leads within 24 hours.

Conduct appointments, generate new leads, maintain model units, and manage follow‑up.

Complete all leasing paperwork and assist with lease audits, unit walks, and turn processes.

Handle resident complaints, concerns, and requests to ensure satisfaction.

Assist with resident retention programs and community engagement events.

Perform administrative tasks and maintain office common area cleanliness.

Develop and implement marketing plans; analyze market surveys and produce reports.

Maintain product knowledge of the property and local competition.

Monitor service request turnaround and responsiveness.

Project a favorable image of the community and enforce policies.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Basic computer skills and familiarity with on‑site software.

Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Strong communication and customer service skills.

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Physical Requirements

Regular on‑site presence, walking across multiple locations.

Use of ladders, stairs, and tools up to 25 lbs.

Standing, sitting, and working in various environments, including outdoors and confined spaces.

Exposure to hazardous chemicals and extreme temperatures may occur.

Compensation Salary Range: $18 – $20 per hour, with commissions and performance bonuses for full‑time employees.
