This role is pivotal in managing and servicing a book of small commercial lines accounts, including generalist and contractor accounts up to $100,000. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial insurance, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal training. Base Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 (Dependent on Experience) Earning Potential: $60,000 - $80,000 (including commissions and bonuses) Benefits:

Work Arrangement: On‑site or hybrid for highly qualified candidates with relevant experience (must be able to work independently with minimal training). Responsibilities
Manage and service a book of small commercial lines accounts, including generalist and contractor accounts up to $100,000. Handle policy changes, address client inquiries, and assist with claims. Provide exceptional customer service to current clients. Quote new and renewal business as needed. Collaborate with team members to ensure client satisfaction and retention. Limited sales responsibilities (7% commission on first‑year sales, no renewals). Qualifications/Requirements
Licensure: Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required. Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of experience in commercial lines insurance. Preferred: Familiarity with Erie Insurance. Technical Skills: Proficiency in IMS Zanatek and Agency Zoom CRM software. Work Ethic: Self‑starter capable of hitting the ground running with minimal training. Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and customer service skills. Seniority Level
