Job Summary Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Commercial Lines Account Manager (AM1) to join a team. This role involves managing a book of business for emerging producers, focusing on a variety of accounts including small construction, bars, restaurants, manufacturing, and institutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial insurance, excellent organizational skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional client service.
Compensation Package
Salary Range: $45,000 - $55,000 annually, commensurate with experience.

Additional incentives, including opportunities to earn extra PTO when goals are achieved.
Responsibilities
Manage a book of business with account sizes ranging from $50,000 to $200,000.
Handle generalist accounts, including small construction, bars, restaurants, manufacturing, and institutions.
Quote new and renewal business as required.
Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.
Collaborate with team members and producers to achieve organizational goals.
Utilize TAM software to manage accounts and maintain accurate records.
Qualifications / Requirements
Licenses/Certifications: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
Experience: 1-2 years of experience in commercial insurance is a must.
Proficiency in TAM software is preferred.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Must be located in the Midwest region if applying for a remote position.
