CEO Compensation:

$80k-100k/Annually Bubble is a modern skincare brand built on clinical results, emotional connection, and a deep partnership with our community.

We are looking for a Cultural Strategist and Copywriter who can help us stay tapped into culture, shape how we show up across platforms, and bring smart, fresh thinking to the brand’s voice and creative storytelling.

This is a hybrid role.

You will be the person who spots cultural opportunities and also knows how to turn those insights into sharp copy, clear messaging, and ideas that feel native to the world our audience lives in.

You will work closely with Marketing, Creative, Social, PR, and Community to shape the stories we tell and the moments we create.

What You Will Do

Track trends, language, and behaviors across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Reddit, Discord, and emerging platforms

Identify cultural moments and shifts that matter to Bubble and translate them into clear ideas and brand opportunities

Write standout copy across social, campaigns, brand moments, product storytelling, and creator-facing ideas

Partner with Creative on campaign direction, messaging, and story angles

Help shape the brand’s voice and make sure we communicate in a way that feels modern, warm, and true to our audience

Develop culturally rooted POVs, insights decks, and clear recommendations for Marketing and Creative

Support Social with platform-native ideas, trend-driven concepts, and fast-turn copy

Collaborate with Community to bring audience insight into everything we create

Work with PR to identify cultural hooks for press moments and brand storytelling

Champion language, tone, and cultural sensitivity across the brand

Who You Are

You come from a creative agency, publisher, or culture-driven brand

You are both a thinker and a writer. You can see the idea and also write it in a way that feels alive

You understand youth culture, internet behavior, and what makes something feel current

You move fast and stay grounded in clarity and good judgment

You bring strong POVs and are comfortable guiding teams toward what will resonate

You can write in different tones but understand when to use the Bubble voice

You know what makes something culturally relevant rather than simply trend-driven

You thrive in collaboration and love working directly with Creative and Social teams

What You Bring

4 to 8 years in cultural strategy, creative strategy, or copywriting at an agency or brand

A deep understanding of TikTok and how to write for platform-native formats

Strong writing samples that show range and insight

Experience turning cultural insight into creative ideas

A passion for beauty, youth culture, or lifestyle brands is a plus

A proactive, curious mindset

Why Bubble At Bubble you will help build a brand that is clinically grounded, emotionally meaningful, and culturally fluent. You will have an active role in the ideas we create, the stories we tell, and how we show up for our community. This is a place where your thinking and your writing both matter, and where you will help shape the next chapter of the brand.
