Insurance Agent (Base salary + Uncapped commissions)
Join our team in our August and Bangor offices and surrounding locations. Success requires a strong local network and in-person relationship building. This is not a remote position.
Pay Details
Typical training salary: $55k–$65k
Through base, bonuses, and uncapped commissions, first year compensation ranges from $55k–$75k
Potential for top performers to earn over $100k in the first year

Preferred Experience
Previous sales role turning prospects into customers.
State insurance license—or willingness to earn one with training—in Property & Casualty and Life.

Interpersonal skills and building relationships.
Time management and organization.
Ability to learn insurance coverage and underwriting guidelines.
Familiarity with finding, building and growing leads and customer base.
