Pay Details Base pay: $55,000.00/yr – $65,000.00/yr. Through a combination of base, bonuses, and uncapped commissions, the typical total first‑year compensation ranges from $55k – $75k. Top performers can earn over $100k in their first year.
About the Role We are looking for a Sales Agent to join our team in our August and Bangor offices and surrounding locations. Success in this role will require a strong local network and in‑person relationship building in the community. This is not a remote position.

Qualifications Preferred Experience
Previous employment in a sales role where prospects were successfully turned into customers.
A state insurance license—or willingness to earn one—with training and support—in Property & Casualty and Life.
Required Skills
Effective written and oral communication and presentation skills.
Well‑developed persuasion and negotiation skills.
Great interpersonal skills and proven ability to build relationships with prospective and existing customers.
Effective time management and organizational skills.
Ability to learn insurance coverage and underwriting guidelines.
Familiarity with finding, building and growing leads and customer base.
