What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Serve as the primary point of contact for managers regarding complex employee relations cases
Provide professional and credible advice on employee relations matters that may pose business risks
Support and manage Employment Tribunal claims, including drafting responses and preparing legal arguments
Collaborate with HRBP colleagues to effectively execute business strategies and support HR initiatives
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment law and best practices in employee relations
What is Required (Qualifications):
Formal qualification in a HR-related area or equivalent employee relations experience
Minimum of 2 years of recent HR employee relations specialist experience in a contact center environment, or 3 years in another high‑paced industry
Up-to-date knowledge of employment law
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
Exceptional communication and analytical skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Membership of CIPD or similar professional association
Prior mediation training or certification as a mediator
Experience in managing complex employee relations cases
