What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Serve as the primary operational point of contact for vendors, issuing performance updates and resolving inquiries
Audit product data, pricing, inventory details, and invoices to ensure alignment across systems
Partner with various teams to ensure product launches, replenishments, and order flows are accurate and on schedule
Identify operational issues and develop data‑driven recommendations to enhance vendor accountability
Conduct promotional performance analysis and translate insights into actionable adjustments
What is Required (Qualifications):
Proven experience in business operations, merchandising operations, vendor management, or supply chain coordination
Strong analytical capability with advanced proficiency in Excel and reporting tools
Experience using ERP and e‑commerce systems to drive accuracy and efficiency
Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead vendor discussions and set expectations
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Familiarity with operational KPIs and a proactive, solution‑oriented mindset
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and support time‑sensitive promotional cycles
Experience with tools such as NetSuite, BigCommerce, or Monday.com
