Sr. Analyst, Finance-Sports Digital & Streaming

This role will provide ongoing support to the Director and Sr. Managers of Sports Digital & Streaming in fundamental reporting and analysis related to Soccer (EPL, 2026 World Cup, USA National teams, Chivas, FIFA) and College Sports (Big Ten, Notre Dame, Big East, Big 12)
Ownership of Sales reporting and metric analysis Support revenue forecasting process (budget, long range plan, estimates) Research drivers of key variances and trends Improve depth of existing reporting to provide better analytical tools for both Finance and Sales teams Leverage best practices with peers to develop consistent processes for the entire Digital Portfolio Execute routine postmortem analysis and ad hoc historical requests
Support Sports Digital & Streaming Sales and Finance teams on broader portfolio reporting and analysis for the Olympics, NFL, Notre Dame, MLB, motor sports and Golf properties across NBCSports and Peacock, including working cross-functionally with Linear and Planning groups on Sponsorship reporting and recognition Take the lead in reporting for Versant Sports ad sales
Prepare Versant deliverables and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and variances to budget Support Sr. Manager with maintenance of the Versant forecasting model Assist with ad hoc Versant queries
Gain in-depth knowledge of all Sales & Finance systems used for reporting (SAP & SAC, Operative, Salesforce, Business Intelligence, etc.) Develop expertise in Sports streaming ad market trends, growth, and competition Qualifications
BA/BS 4-year degree 2+ years of finance experience Demonstrated analytical strength and process mindset … ability to identify and resolve key issues quickly Solid work ethic with an eagerness to proactively help solve problems Team player with strong interpersonal & communication skills with the ability to work with key constituents (sales, planning, finance, accounting, etc.) Thorough knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and Word Excellent organization skills and proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously Demonstrates an interest and knowledge of Sports media Eligibility Requirements
Willingness to travel and work overtime, and on weekends with short notice Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, which currently requires contributing from the New York, NY office a minimum of three days per week. Beginning January 5, 2026, hybrid employees will be required to work from the office a minimum of four days per week. The Company reserves the right to change in‑office requirements at any time. This position is eligible for company sponsored benefits, including medical, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), paid leave, tuition reimbursement, and a variety of other discounts and perks.
