Job Description
Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities, managing the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve financial wellbeing.
Drive proactive sales conversations via outbound calling, service‑to‑sales, teller interactions, appointment setting, and lobby engagement, positioning PNC solutions to drive revenue and loyalty.
Create customer loyalty and grow customer share of wallet through a differentiated customer experience, connecting with customers and positioning products to meet their needs.
Apply product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate, and solve customer problems effectively, driving loyalty.
Manage risk through adherence to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits and participating in branch daily operations.

Work Experience: Associates or equivalent degree with 3+ years related experience; in lieu of a degree, comparable education, certifications, and experience (including military service) may be considered.

Pay Transparency Base Salary: $46,800.00 – $62,150.00. Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data, and individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible based on company, business, and/or individual performance.
