As a Personal Banker within PNC's retail organization, you will be based in Cape May Court House, NJ. PNC will not provide sponsorship for employment visas or participate in STEM OPT for this position.
The job description for this role includes:
- Acquiring and deepening the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities.
- Managing the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve the customer's financial wellbeing.
- Collaborating with ecosystem partners to grow customer's share of wallet.
- Positioning PNC solutions to drive new revenue and customer loyalty.
- Driving proactive sales conversations through internal and outbound interactions.
- Creating customer loyalty and growing customer share of wallet through a differentiated customer experience.
- Applying product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate, and solve customer problems.
- Managing risk through adherence to all policies and procedures.

Work experience typically requires an associate's degree or equivalent, and 3+ years of related experience. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience may be considered.

Pay Transparency: Base salary range is $46,800.00 $62,150.00, varying based on geographic location, market data, and individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible.
