Order Picker

Job Summary:
Are you an energetic individual looking for a fast-paced role in a growing logistics operation? Our company is hiring an Order Picker in Colorado Springs, Colorado, to support our expanding e-commerce fulfillment center. This position is vital to ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. You will be responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment. Responsibilities:

• Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves based on order sheets or using RF scanners.
• Verify product information and quantities before packing.
• Pack orders securely and efficiently to prevent damage during transit.
• Stage orders for shipment and load them onto designated carriers.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety standards.
• Operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment as needed.
• Follow all guidelines for PPE usage and warehouse safety protocols.
• Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment.
• Understand and execute tasks related to logistics flow.
• Must be capable of frequent lifting of items up to 35 lbs.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment center preferred.
• Ability to read and understand order instructions.
• Experience with RF scanners is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and stoop for extended periods.
• Willingness to wear required PPE.
• Understanding of basic logistics principles.
• Physical ability for regular lifting and movement.
