Order Picker

Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

• Accurately select items from warehouse stock based on customer orders.
• Utilize RF scanners and pick lists to identify and retrieve products.
• Verify the accuracy of picked items and quantities.
• Transport picked items to the appropriate staging or packing areas.
• Keep your picking area clean, organized, and safe.
• Comply with all company Safety guidelines and wear required PPE.
• Meet performance expectations for picking speed and accuracy.
• Report any stock discrepancies, damages, or system issues.
• Must be prepared for consistent lifting, up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience as an Order Picker or in a warehouse setting is beneficial.
• Ability to read and interpret order information effectively.
• Experience with RF scanning technology is a plus.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a focus on accuracy.
• Physical capability to stand, walk, and perform lifting tasks throughout the shift.
• Commitment to workplace Safety and following procedures.
• Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
• Understanding of general logistics principles.
