Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick customer orders according to pick lists or RF scanner instructions.
- Verify item numbers and quantities to ensure order accuracy.
- Transport picked items to the packing or shipping staging areas.
- Maintain a clean and organized work station and picking path.
- Adhere to all Safety regulations and use designated PPE.
- Perform inventory cycle counts as needed.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned, contributing to overall logistics efficiency.
- Operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment safely.
- Report any discrepancies or damages to supervisors promptly.
- Previous experience as an Order Picker or in a similar warehouse role is preferred.
- Ability to perform frequent Lifting of items up to 40 pounds.
- Proficiency in using RF scanners and other picking technologies.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Knowledge of warehouse safety procedures.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Team-oriented with good communication skills.
- Understanding of the importance of reliable logistics.
