Job Summary:
Become an integral part of our logistics team as an Order Picker in Chicago, Illinois. We are looking for detail-oriented and efficient individuals to accurately retrieve items for customer orders. Your responsibilities will include using RF scanners to locate and pick products, verifying order accuracy, and preparing items for the packing station. Maintaining a clean and organized work environment is essential, and adherence to all Safety procedures is mandatory. You must consistently wear the required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick customer orders using RF scanning technology.
- Verify the correct items and quantities for each order.
- Stage picked items for quality control and packing.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the picking areas.
- Report any inventory discrepancies or issues promptly.
- Follow all established Safety guidelines and wear appropriate PPE.
- Meet established picking quotas and performance standards.
- Assist with other warehouse tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in order picking or a warehouse setting is a plus.
- Ability to perform frequent Lifting (up to 40 lbs).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic knowledge of warehouse operations and logistics.
- Commitment to workplace Safety and proper use of PPE.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
