Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products according to order specifications using RF scanners or pick lists.
- Ensure the correct items and quantities are selected to minimize errors.
- Stage picked items in designated areas for packing and shipping.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Adhere to all company safety regulations and procedures, including the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Operate material handling equipment as needed (e.g., pallet jacks).
- Participate in inventory cycle counts and stock checks.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of our logistics operations.
- Capable of consistent lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Follow instructions and work diligently to meet performance standards.
- Commitment to quality and accuracy in all tasks.
