Role Overview

We are seeking a driven Territory Sales Manager to lead revenue growth across the Dallas region. In this role, you will represent Kongsberg PCS’s portfolio of cutting-edge hardware, software, and service solutions to customers in graphic arts, packaging, print, and manufacturing environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Manage direct accounts and partner relationships across your territory.
  • Collaborate with application pre-sales experts to create tailored customer proposals.
  • Maintain accurate records of opportunities, forecasts, and account data using Salesforce.
  • Execute territory plans and communicate progress regularly with the Sales Director.
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, logistics, and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of successful B2B sales experience in capital equipment, software, or services.
  • Experience selling into graphic arts, packaging, or manufacturing sectors.
  • Strong understanding of value-based selling and ROI-driven sales strategies.
  • Familiarity with CNC cutting solutions is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently in the field.
