E-Commerce Data and Product Listing Specialist
A fast-growing wholesale furniture brand, is seeking an E-Commerce Data and Product Listing Specialist. In this role, you’ll maintain and optimize product listings across major marketplaces, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and a seamless customer experience. Responsibilities
- Manage product listings in Excel and online marketplaces (Amazon, Wayfair, Walmart, etc.)
- Maintain data feeds and troubleshoot product data integrity issues.
- Enhance product pages with accurate titles, descriptions, images, and specifications.
- Identify and resolve data management gaps, documenting improvements.
Qualifications
- 2+ years in data management or eCommerce.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills (intermediate+).
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Experience with marketplace product listings preferred.
- Basic HTML knowledge for product descriptions a plus.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $52,000–$57,000 per year

Schedule
Full-time, Monday–Friday, on-site in Brooklyn, NY (reliable commute required).
