Cyber Nest is a fast-growing technology company having fully established businesses in the USA and Australia. We are expanding our team and are now looking for a Business Development Executive to participate in achieving the business growth targets of the company.
Responsibilities
- Acquiring business through different channels (Upwork, Freelance, Guru, PeoplePerHour, Fiverr, LinkedIn)
- Prospecting on business platforms to explore business opportunities, by getting projects / making new clients for the company.
- Analyze the market and establish competitive advantages. Track metrics to ensure targets are met.
- Set up a portfolio on websites and get projects through these websites
- Preparing estimates and quotations for customers
- Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support; answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions; responding to client requests for proposals (RFPs)
- Maintain a very high rating on all online platforms
- Maintain a healthy relationship with the client(s)
- Should be comfortable working in the Eastern Time Zone
- Achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Generating sales reports for the CEO & Director Sales Department
- Should have basic knowledge of CRMs such as Hubspot, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.
- Managing Accounts
- Adding leads into the CRM
Must‑Have
- 3–6 years of experience as a Business Development Executive in the IT industry
- Proven experience in freelance platforms mentioned above.
- Must understand basic software development paradigms and terminologies.
- Hands‑on expertise in writing proposals for projects of IT Services, Web and Mobile Application development
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and persuasive skills, both written and verbal.
- Must have experience in professional Email Writing.
- Experience with handling international clients related to IT services and products.
- Strong computer skills, including MS Office, marketing software, and applications
- Should be dynamic enough to achieve our monthly or quarterly targets.
