Cyber Nest is a fast-growing technology company having fully established businesses in the USA and Australia. We are expanding our team and are now looking for a Business Development Executive to participate in achieving the business growth targets of the company.

Responsibilities

  • Acquiring business through different channels (Upwork, Freelance, Guru, PeoplePerHour, Fiverr, LinkedIn)
  • Prospecting on business platforms to explore business opportunities, by getting projects / making new clients for the company.
  • Analyze the market and establish competitive advantages. Track metrics to ensure targets are met.
  • Set up a portfolio on websites and get projects through these websites
  • Preparing estimates and quotations for customers
  • Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support; answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions; responding to client requests for proposals (RFPs)
  • Maintain a very high rating on all online platforms
  • Maintain a healthy relationship with the client(s)
  • Should be comfortable working in the Eastern Time Zone
  • Achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
  • Generating sales reports for the CEO & Director Sales Department
  • Should have basic knowledge of CRMs such as Hubspot, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.
  • Managing Accounts
  • Adding leads into the CRM

Must‑Have

  • 3–6 years of experience as a Business Development Executive in the IT industry
  • Proven experience in freelance platforms mentioned above.
  • Must understand basic software development paradigms and terminologies.
  • Hands‑on expertise in writing proposals for projects of IT Services, Web and Mobile Application development
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and persuasive skills, both written and verbal.
  • Must have experience in professional Email Writing.
  • Experience with handling international clients related to IT services and products.
  • Strong computer skills, including MS Office, marketing software, and applications
  • Should be dynamic enough to achieve our monthly or quarterly targets.
