Responsible for leading hospital billing denials prevention activities. Responsible for expediting the implementation of revenue cycle projects & process improvement initiatives to maximize the cash flow and revenue returns to the health system.**QUALIFICATIONS**:* Bachelors Degree Required* Masters Degree Preferred* 7-10 years of progressive management experience Required.* EPIC Certifications in Hospital Billing, Revenue Integrity Preferred* Lean Management, or PMP Certifications Preferred.* Knowledge of EPIC enterprise system Preferred.* Knowledge of coding guidelines Preferred.* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.* Strong analytical and statistical analysis skills Required* Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills Required.* Facilitation/Project management/Presentation skills required.* Strong Negotiation skills, Initiative, tact, confidentiality, dependability and resourcefulness RequiredMontefiore Medical Center is an equal employment opportunity employer.
