Our workforce is among the most diverse in the US: Montefiore associates speak 60+ languages.**Position Summary:**Montefiore is actively investing in its Digital team as a system-level priority, and we are seeking an entrepreneurial and analytical leader to create and lead a team that supports the overall Digital function across strategy, finance, talent, business operations, and value measurement of Digital activities to the organization. This leader should have proven experience in driving transformational change and leading high-performing teams. The ideal candidate is self-motivated team, collaborative, and proactive with ability to quickly define a direction and drive results. This role will work closely with other Digital teams, technology teams, and teams across the business, such as finance, talent, and supply chain.**What you’ll do****Operations*** Support establishing effective processes for internal Digital program management* Create, maintain, and refine standard processes for underlying Digital operations* Establish operating model and act as primary contact across enterprise enabling functions to ensure progress and timely delivery of digital initiatives* Manage Digital team capacity relative to priorities and constraints**Strategy*** Collaborate with technology, operational, and clinical leaders to contribute to the Digital roadmap and tactical operational plan for delivery* Define OKRs and specific programmatic metrics to measure and demonstrate value of overall Digital efforts* Lead business case development for digital transformation initiatives in collaboration with multiple stakeholders**Measurement and value realization*** Establish and maintain standard methods for measuring Digital initiatives* Measure and convey the value of Digital investments to multiple audiences* Work with the measurement and enablement team to report out goals**Leadership*** Directly manage a subset of Product Managers and provide dotted-line leadership across the broader product team. Guide, coach and consistently develop team members through feedback and mentorship* Serve as the operational interface between Design, Product, Engineering, Operations and business stakeholders* Improve communication flows across teams* Promote a culture of transparency, agility, and continuous improvement* Comfortable partnering with senior leadership**What we look for*** 10+ years of demonstrated experience in Operations, Technology and/or Data/Analytics with demonstrated familiarity with digital product, data, and data visualization; minimum of 3 years in a leadership role* Practical experience with project management, data, and BI tools* Ability to translate business needs into technology and operational solutions, rigorous business cases, and defined outcome measures* Proven ability to define measurement methods and visualizations* Extensive experience working in a matrixed organization* Experience using ServiceNow, ITSM, and ITIL certification preferred but not required* Entrepreneurial experience, building teams from their inception* Demonstrated comfort with ambiguity and being a proactive self-starter* Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills* High empathy and stakeholder management* Demonstrated success building and managing a high-performing team with a variety of skill sets* Ability to develop strategic relationships with and manage vendors* Product lifecycle, product deployment, and agile methodologies required* Experience working with healthcare data preferred* Advanced comfort with Microsoft tools (e.g., Excel, Word, PPT, Project), PowerBI, Jira, Confluence, Visio**Education:*** Bachelor's degree in a technical or business field* Master's degree preferred\*Montefiore requires employees to be available to work on-site when required, and to be vaccinated for Flu.#LI-MF#SF-DICE-MITMontefiore Health System, Inc. is an equal employment opportunity employer.
