What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to grow corporate and foundation support
- Lead and inspire a high-performing development team to achieve ambitious revenue goals
- Build strong relationships with major donors, stakeholders, and internal leadership
- Use data and insights to identify opportunities, retain and upgrade donors, and drive organizational growth
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s preferred)
- 12+ years in fundraising/development within large, complex organizations, including 10+ in leadership roles
- Proven track record driving revenue, operations, and performance outcomes
- Tech- and data-savvy, with a creative approach to donor cultivation and stewardship
- Ability to meet a hybrid schedule
