Director of Imaging Services
to lead its growing imaging operations team across
two acute care hospitals and several outpatient imaging centers .
Service lines include:
Diagnostic Imaging, CT, MRI, Ultrasound, Nuclear Medicine, PET-CT, and Interventional Radiology.
Key focus areas
Recruitment and retention of imaging technologists Mentoring managers and strengthening leadership depth Operational oversight across inpatient and outpatient settings Collaboration with contracted radiologists and executive leadership
Ideal background
Master’s degree required 8–10+ years of imaging leadership experience (acute care hospital based) Excellent communication skills across all levels and solid financial/operational acumen
Compensation and Benefits
Up to $190K annual base salary (commensurate with experience) Executive benefits package includes employer-funded health coverage with HRA, front-loaded PTO, 401(k) match, and fully paid short- and long-term disability Relocation assistance
