Full-time We are the Leaders in Home Improvement. www.mysearscareer.com/apply Project Sales Consultants are part of the In-Home Outside Sales Team.
This role is full-time, 100% commission, W-2 with benefits, with typical earnings between $45K and $80K, and top performers earning over $90K annually. Sales reps visit the local sales office once a week; on other days, they receive scheduled appointments via email and visit customers from home. Territories are approximately up to 2 hours around your zip code. This position offers pre-confirmed, pre-set appointments—no door-to-door sales, as consumers contact Sears requesting estimates on our Home Improvement Products. This position offers excellent compensation opportunities with pre-confirmed, pre-set appointments. Consumers have already expressed interest, making this a customer-initiated sales process. Travel extensively within the local market area using a personal vehicle to appointments. Must have a valid driver’s license and appropriate automobile insurance. Ability to lift sample cases of home improvement products (up to 40 lbs, depending on the product). Proficient in computer use. Ability to work five days a week, including Saturdays; additional days may be required based on volume and seasonality. Flexibility to work afternoons, evenings, and weekends. Effective negotiation, verbal, and written communication skills. Excellent customer service, listening, and influencing skills; passion for improving customer lives.
