Full-time We are the Leaders in Home Improvement. www.mysearscareer.com/apply Project Sales Consultants are part of the In-Home Outside Sales Team.
This full-time position offers 100% commission / W-2 with benefits, with typical earnings between $45K - $80K, and top performers earning over $90K annually. Sales reps visit the local sales office once a week; on other days, they receive scheduled appointments via email and visit customers from their home. Territories cover approximately up to 2 hours around your zip code. This role provides pre-confirmed, pre-set appointments; it is not door-to-door sales, as customers have requested estimates for our Home Improvement Products. Travel extensively within your local market area using a personal vehicle to attend appointments. Must have a valid driver’s license and adequate automobile insurance. This role requires lifting sample cases of home improvement products, weighing up to 40 lbs. Proficiency in computer skills required. Ability to work five days a week, including Saturdays; additional days and flexible hours may be needed based on volume and seasonality. Effective contract negotiation and communication skills, both verbal and written. Excellent customer service, listening, and influencing skills, with a passion for customer satisfaction. Minimum high school diploma or equivalent. All information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
