Full-time We are the Leaders in Home Improvement. www.mysearscareer.com/apply Project Sales Consultants are part of the In-Home Outside Sales Team.
This full-time role offers 100% commission, W-2 with benefits, with earnings typically between $45K and $80K, and top performers earning over $90K annually. Reps visit the local sales office once a week, and on other days, they receive scheduled appointments via email to visit from home. Territories are approximately up to 2 hours around your zip code. This position offers pre-confirmed, pre-set appointments—it's not door-to-door sales, as consumers contact Sears requesting estimates for our Home Improvement Products. Travel extensively within the local market area using a personal vehicle to appointments. Valid driver’s license and automobile insurance required. Ability to lift sample cases of home improvement products (5-40 lbs). Proficient with computers. Work a 5-day week, including Saturdays; flexibility for additional days and hours. Effective negotiation, verbal, and written communication skills. Excellent customer service, listening, and influencing skills; passion for helping customers.
